Description of problem:

    After installation of the RHBoK operator, the installation of the Cluster fails and keeps showing in the cluster conditions 0/2 replicas are ready

How reproducible:

    Install OCP 4.19.7 --> Install RHBoK v1.0.1 -> Install Kueue Cluster
