Currently, the podman-etcd resource-agent is backing up the entire /var/lib/etcd/member directory in /run/resource-agents folder.

Issue: /run/resource-agents is a temporary directory, this backup is volatile and lost upon node reboot. A minor problem is that it should backup only the member/snap/db file.

Note for testers: While members/snap/db can be backed up with a simple copy operation (cp), the snapshot must be restored using the etcdutl utility when etcd is shut down.
