The documented Disaster recovery for a Hosted Cluster using OADP is incorrect: https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.17/html/hosted_control_planes/high-availability-for-hosted-control-planes#hcp-disaster-recovery-oadp

In OADP 1.5, we have introduced HCP backups with https://github.com/openshift/hypershift-oadp-plugin, and will be backported to 1.4.7.

Expected Outcome: The current DR documentation is updated to have the correct recovery process with OADP
