      Description of problem:

          Get latest performance Profile object before modifying.
In latest downstream tests we saw that test case related to Disabling the annotation "prefer-align-cpus-by-uncorecache" did not propagate. This PR fixes by fetching latest performance profile object before modifying the profile.
