Description of problem:

The file telco-hub/configuration/reference-crs/optional/backup-recovery/dataProtectionApplication.yaml lacked the required apiVersion, which causes apply/sync validation failures for the OADP DataProtectionApplication CR. This change adds apiVersion: oadp.openshift.io/v1alpha1 to align with the OADP version used elsewhere in the repo, ensuring the CR is accepted and reconciles correctly.
