      Before this update, duplicate Quickstart link buttons were created due to a bug identified in the `patternfly/quickstarts` spec. This resulted in confusion for users with duplicate Quickstart link buttons on the Quickstart page. With this release, a new `patternfly/quickstarts` spec is available ensuring that there is only one Quickstart link button which improves navigation consistency.       This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-60373. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      If a Quickstart uses nextQuickStart spec to link to other Quickstarts, the link buttons are duplicate (i.e. appear twice). This only occurs when a user visit `/quickstart`. If you have the Quickstart panel open while on other path (e.g. `/k8s/ns/hypershift/events`), the link shows correctly.

          Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Go the `<ocp-console-url>/quickstart` or clicking on the question mark icon (top-right) and select Quickstarts to open Quickstart catalog.
    2. Search for any Quickstart that links others. For example, `Get started with a sample application`.
    3. Go to the last step to see the link buttons.

      Actual results:

          Link buttons are duplicate (i.e. appear twice).

      Expected results:

          There should be only one link button for each linked quickstart.
