While chasing down a log line in kueue operator with the wrong version information, I checked to see what openshift_kueue_build_info metric reported as it should be the same informatio.  That metric is not available.  I see many other kueue_* metrics that are populated.

    Install kueue operator and create a workload.  Query prometheus for openshift_kueue_build_info
