Spoke Cluster via ZTP 4.10 has an Image provisioning error in HPE system

      Description of problem:

      While trying to bring up a ZTP cluster, which has Hub Cluster in OCP 4.10.24 and using ZTP 4.10, the spoke cluster which had to be up with OCP 4.10.16 faced an Image Provisioning error, due to which the spoke cluster will not be up

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. IPI install HUB Cluster with 4.10.x
2. use ZTp 4.10
3. Try bringing up a Spoke cluster with 4.10.16

      Actual results:

      The spoke cluster never gets the instruction via the BMC ILO5 in this case of HPE Server (e910t series)

      Expected results:

      The spoke cluster should be up and join the hub cluster

      Could be similar to the issue found on Lenovo system. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2103710 

The error that is seen on the HPE Proliant E910t series server during boot of the spoke cluser is like the attached output.

The ILO5 firmware version is 1.45.
