      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-60198. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      If you look at Observe -> Dashboards on the Console in 4.19 and look at the "Request Duration by Resource and Verb - 99th Percentile" graph, you will see that the last line of the legend is obscured by the horizontal scrollbar.
