What were you trying to do that didn't work?

I tried to run the `[sig-storage] In-tree Volumes [Driver: nfs] [Testpattern: Dynamic PV (default fs)] provisioning should mount multiple PV pointing to the same storage on the same node [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel] [Suite:k8s]` OCP conformance test against a ROKS v4.16 cluster with RHEL 9.6 worker nodes, but the test failed to mount a volume using NFS v4.2.

It appears the RH solution article about this bug https://access.redhat.com/solutions/7121615 is not completely fixed for NFS v4.2.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

IBM Cloud ROKS clusters cannot ship RHEL v9.6 until we resolve this.

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      kernel-5.14.0-570.25.1.el9_6
