      * Previously, the build controller looked for secrets that were linked for general use, not specifically for the image pull. With this release, when searching for default image pull secrets, the builds use ImagePullSecrets that are linked to the service account.       This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-57918. The following is the description of the original issue:

      When running a build (e.g. oc start-build) the build fails with reason CannotRetrieveServiceAccount and message Unable to look up the service account secrets for this build.
