1) "OVN-Kubernetes features" could be changed to "OVN-Kubernetes
overview" and have some description like:

The OVN-Kubnernetes network plugin is an open-source, fully-featured
Kubernetes CNI plugin that uses Open Virtual Network (OVN) to manage
network traffic flows. OVN is a community developed, vendor-agnostic
network virtualization solution.

(-- eg, drop the "features" bit since the bullet points aren't really
features so much as differences from openshift-sdn. Plus, the feature
matrix is covered just below)

2) In the Limitations section:

2a) The section for " sessionAffinityConfig.clientIP.timeoutSeconds" can be removed entirely; it is fully supported as of 4.12 and later.

and since that's the only non-dual-stack limitation, maybe we could
change the "OVN-Kubernetes limitations" section to "OVN-Kubernetes
IPv6/Dual-Stack Limitations".
