      Description of problem:

      group_lead_approved label has been deprecated but still required in  ingress-node-firewall repo. it blocks any PR from merging into 4.14/4.15 or lower branches in that repo since the label can no longer be added in the PR. Creating this bug to track the removal of the label in release repo: https://github.com/openshift/release/blob/master/core-services/prow/02_config/openshift/ingress-node-firewall/_prowconfig.yaml#L23
