Description of problem:

    NetworkAttachmentDefinition CR has _k8s.v1.cni.cncf.io/resourceName_ annotation added that is reported as deviation:

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Deploy and configure OCP cluster per RDS Core specification
    2. Check that annotation is added to the NetworkAttachmentDefinition CR

Actual results:

    Annotation added by some controller is not tolerated by the tool

Expected results:

     Annotation added by some controller should be tolerated by the tool
