Description of problem:
The documentation [1] should add a note to not use same clusterNetwork CIDR as that of hub cluster's clusterNetwork CIDR address as this causes as collision and cluster installation failures. [1] https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.19/html-single/hosted_control_planes/index#hcp-virt-create-hc Since the VMs get an IP from the clusterNetwork CIDR range of the hub cluster, having same clusterNetworkCIDR as that of hub cluster causes collision and cluster installation failures.
