With LVMS V4.12 now being GA, we need to update the ODF-LVM V4.10 and V4.11 documentation to point to the GA version. Due to the rename, it's not easy for customers who accidentally land on the older version to find the new LVMS release and docs.

I suggest we replace the "Important TP" warning box we have in the old version with an "Important: you are reading docs of TP / deprecated version of this document. The product has been renamed to LVM Storage and is General Available now. See the docs.....". Something like that.
