Description of problem:

    I'm trying to move my sno deployment from 4.19 to 4.20 and the deployment fails for me

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

    Spoke: 4.20.0-ec.4
    Hub: 4.19.0
    ACM: 2.14.0
    TALM: 1.16.1
    MCE: 2.9.0

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Try to deploy spoke cluster with Gitops ZTP
    2. Introspection completes
    3. Starting provisioning

Actual results:

    UI shows:

Danger alert:Host specification sync error The Spec could not be synced due to an input error: error parsing ignition: config is not valid, error report: error at line 1 col 44: json: cannot unmarshal array into Go struct field Config.storage of type types.Storage

Expected results:

    Installation continues
