This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-58103. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

The Lightspeed icon pops up in the OpenShift UI in 4.19.1. Can we either get support for OpenShift Lightspeed on Power or have this dialog removed? It sends weird messages.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.19.1
      4.18.17

      How reproducible:

      Everytime

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Install 4.19.1 on Power
          2. Click on the cool icon for LightSpeed
          3. Follow the dialog prompt to Operator Hub
      Lightspeed is not found

      Actual results:

      No Operator found

      Expected results:

Either found or the cool icon doesn't popup

      Additional info:

By Jakub: We should be rendering the LightSpeed button only if the cluster is running homogeneous modes with AMD64. This can be checked in windows.SERVER_FLAGS.nodeArchitectures
