Minor Description of problem:
In OpenShift 4.19, oc-mirror generates continuous log entries every second for the same image, each on a new line.

How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the oc-mirror version 4.19
2. Mirror the images
3. Observe the continuous log generation for the same image in every seconds.
Actual results:
oc-mirror generates continuous log entries every second for the same image, each on a new line.
Expected results:
It should be as same as 4.18. Like a single entry for an image and the time should be refreshed on the same line instead of printing multiple entries.
