click adding env resource dropdown button on deploy from image page will always put user to page top

      Before this update, selecting the Resource menu on the Deploy from image page caused the view to jump to the top due to improper focus handling. This update corrects the focus behavior so the page stays in place when you open the menu. As a result, your scroll position is preserved during selection.       Description of problem:

      On deploy from page, try to add env from configmap, clicking on the dropdown button will always put user to page top

      How reproducible:

      Always    

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. On create from deploy page(/deploy-image/ns/default?preselected-ns=default). Click 'Show advanced Deployment option', click 'Add from ConfigMap or Secret', click 'Select a resource' or 'Select a key' dropdown button
        

      Actual results:

      each time we click on resource dropdown, user will be put back to page top.

      Expected results:

      since we have already scrolled the element into view, clicking resource dropdown button should stick user on the current element
