Truncated topology context menus not readable

      Description of problem:

          In a unified perspective were dev perspective is disabled by default and all the add page options accessible via Topology context menu. Context menu poper have not enough width because of that options get truncated.

          1. Navigate to the Topology page
    2. Right click to open the context menu
    3.

      Actual results:

          Context menu options are truncated

      Expected results:

          Options should not be truncated.
