Description of problem:
Not able to launch terminal window from OCP console.
Workaround: Disable `Trilio for Kubernetes` operator console plugin
Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
OCP>=4.15

Web Terminal Operator
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Trilio for Kubernetes operator on cluster.
- Enable the console plugin for this operator.
- Install Web Terminal operator and click on the terminal icon from web console, the terminal would not launch.
Actual results:
The web terminal does not launch from terminal icon if Trilio for Kubernetes operator console plugin is enabled.
Expected results:
Clicking on Terminal icon should launch Terminal Window .
