Before this update, the *Observe > Metrics > query > QueryKebab > Export as csv* drop-down item did not handle an undefined title element. As a consequence, users were unable to export the CSV file for certain queries on the *Metrics* tab of OpenShift Lister 4.17. With this release, the metrics download for all queries correctly handles the object properties in the drop-down menu items allowing for successful CSV exports. This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-52592. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

starting 4.16 we have function where we can download the metrics in csv format But this is not Working for all the queries.

      How reproducible:

It is repordcuable in all the version of openshift lister below.

      - 4.16
      - 4.17
      - 4.18

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to the Web Console and go to the Metrics tab.

      2. Locate the "Queries" dropdown menu and select any of the following queries from the list:

       - Receive Bandwidth
       - Transmit Bandwidth
       - Rate of Received Packets
       - Rate of Transmitted Packets
       - Rate of Received Packets Dropped
       - Rate of Transmitted Packets Dropped

Note: These are just examples. There are many more query metrics available, but not all of them can be downloaded using the "Export as CSV" feature.

      3. Click on the three-dot menu (⫶) and select "Export as CSV" to download the selected query.

      Actual results:

The CSV file does not get downloaded

      Expected results:

The CSV file gets downloaded for the metrics.

      Additional info:

I found some errors in the Inspect tool on the Metrics page. Attaching the snapshots for reference
