4.20 is synced all the way down through 4.19 to 4.18 now, so 4.18 was getting synced with the work to unpin libreswan. However, until OCPBUGS-55453 is fixed we need to keep 4.18 pinned to what matches the host OS. So 4.18 has that commit reverted. Once OCPBUGS-55453 is resolved we can revert that revert.
