      When Ecosystem menu is collapsed, the second step in console tour will highlight Helm menu

          1. Keep all primary nav menus collapsed and start take console tour

      Actual results:

      in the 2nd step, Helm menu got highlighted

      Expected results:

      Ecosystem menu should be highlighted at 2nd step
