Description of problem:
Since 07/09, the openshift-tests no longer support the suite "experimental/reliability/minimal" for 4.20 and above (4.21 and main) (All of those jobs are failing).
The following jobs https://github.com/openshift/release/pull/66997#issuecomment-3066047096 (periodics & presubmits) have failed due to the suite "experimental/reliability/minimal" no longer existing in openshift-tests with error:
error: error converting to options: suite "experimental/reliability/minimal" does not exist
