      * Before this update, {ibm-cloud-title} was omitted from the list of platforms that supported {sno} installation in the validation code. As a consequence, users could not install a single-node configuration on {ibm-cloud-title} because of a validation error. With this release, {ibm-cloud-title} support for single-node installations is enabled. As a result, users can complete single-node installations on IBM Cloud.       Description of problem:

          Include IBMCloud as one of the platforms that supports SNO installs. https://github.com/openshift/installer/pull/9048 added validation to dis-allow SNO installs on disallowed platforms. At that time, it was challenging to figure out a comprehensive list of all platforms that supported it. IBMCloud was not identified as a supported platform. Based on https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C68TNFWA2/p1752155678522249 it appears that it had been in the past and the validation removed access.
