Remove the reference to the default value for number of pods per core

      Description of problem:

      In https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.18/html/scalability_and_performance/planning-your-environment-according-to-object-maximums#cluster-maximums-major-releases_object-limits

      Remove the line "There is no default value" for Number of pods per core.

       It's not true right now, since there is a default (even if it is the limit does not exist).
