A '/' displayed on page after clicking 'Image Stream Tag' item on buildconfig creation page

      Description of problem:

      On create buildconfig page, when user chose 'Binary' source type and 'Image Stream Tag' for 'Build from', an useless '/' will show up near 'Name' field on the page.

          4.20.0-0.nightly-2025-07-09-121230
          

      How reproducible:

      Always
          

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1.Click 'Create BuildConfig' button from buildconfig list page.
          2. Set name. Chose 'Binary' source type and 'Image Stream Tag' for 'Build from', 
          3.
          

      Actual results:

      2. An useless '/' will show up near 'Name' field on the page.
          

      Expected results:

      2. Should not show redundant '/'.
