      Description of problem:

      "Oh no! Something went wrong" will be shown on cluster setting page after user choose 'custom update service' in 'upstream configuration' 

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.13.0-ec.1

      How reproducible:

      Always on multi-cluster
      Ocassionlly on the normal cluster (disabled multi-cluster)

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login OCP, navigate to cluster setting page
      2. Click the edit button of "Upstream configuration", choose 'custom update server' and then click the save button
      3. Check if the Cluster Setting page can be loaded normally

      Actual results:

      'Oh no! Something went wrong.' will be shown on page with below error details. (Attachmenet for more details)
        TypeErrorDescription:Cannot read properties of null (reading 'major')

      Expected results:

      The error should not shown
