Description of problem:

    In https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.19/html/security_and_compliance/cert-manager-operator-for-red-hat-openshift#cert-manager-securing-routes, 

the prerequisite

is not applicable. Needs to be removed
