      Description of problem:

omitting Interfacename in IP config in parmfile causes ip to be assigned to all available interfaces. this should be clearly documented.

https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.19/html/installing_on_ibm_z_and_ibm_linuxone/user-provisioned-infrastructure#installation-user-infra-machines-iso-ibm-z_installing-ibm-z-lpar states in Step 3.vi. The network interface name. Omit this value to let RHCOS decide.

should be changed to e.g. "If ommited RHCOS will apply the IP configuration to all available interfaces."
