[CI-WATCHER] topology-ci.feature tests are flaking

      Before this update, `topology-ci.feature` tests were unstable because the automated test failed when performing workload actions in the topology view. This update fixes the issue in the topology action handling code. As a result, the `topology-ci.feature` tests now run reliably. (link:https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-58309[OCPBUGS-58309])
