Beginning today https://prow.ci.openshift.org/job-history/gs/test-platform-results/logs/periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-nightly-4.20-e2e-rosa-sts-ovn are failing with the error: Error: timed out after 60 minutes waiting for 4.20.0-0.nightly-2025-06-27-094229 to become available. We believe there is a step that rosa needs to take to make this payload available to the jobs.
