OpenShift 4.19 Release notes do not mention INTEL IPU has being supported as part of the DPU Operator.
The DPU Operator that is Tech Preview with OCP 4.19 does not have any mention of INTEL IPU E2100.
It is expected that the INTEL IPU E2100 be mentioned as being supported by the DPU Operator along other potential DPU / IPU HW vendors.
Also it might be beneficial to provide INTEL specific information, if any, via the "Additional resources" section of the documentation.
