      Link for "the cloud.conf specification" is broken in, for example, https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.10/installing/installing_openstack/installing-openstack-installer-kuryr.html#installation-osp-setting-cloud-provider-options_installing-openstack-installer-kuryr

      Additional info:

      As this info is no longer in the k8s docs, I need to recreate it in the OCP docs. Problem exists in 4.8-4.11.
