Description of problem:

During ART prepare release for 4.20 ec.3 we notice that 4.20 images are still referening 4.19

Bundle pf-status-relay-operator-bundle-container-v4.20.0.202506061711.p0.gf277eca.assembly.stream.el9-2 CSV metadata.name has no datestamp: pf-status-relay-operator.v4.19.0 Bundle pf-status-relay-operator-bundle-container-v4.20.0.202506061711.p0.gf277eca.assembly.stream.el9-2 CSV spec.version has no datestamp: 4.19.0
