Previously, the Machine Config Operator (MCO) was updating node boot images without checking whether the current boot image was from the GCP or AWS Marketplace. As a consequence, the MCO would override a marketplace boot image with a standard {product-title} image. With this fix, for AWS images, the MCO has a lookup table that contains all standard {product-title} installer AMIs, which it references before updating the boot image. For GCP images, the MCO checks the URL header before updating the boot image. As a result, the MCO no longer updates machine sets that have a marketplace boot image. This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-57426. The following is the description of the original issue:

This bug will use the results from https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MCO-1752 and https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MCO-1753 to determine if a boot image update is a default value. If the AMI/image is not a known default value, the MCO should degrade until the boot image updates are disabled.
