*Cause*: In container/images the copy API consider the signature as part of the image, while the delete API does not do the same *Consequence*: The delete command was not deleting the cosign tag-based signatures from the target registry. *Fix*: To fix the bug the signatures were included in the list of images to be deleted when using a new flag called --delete-signatures *Result*: It is possible to delete the cosign tag-based signatures from the target registry Message from the --help: --delete-signatures Used to delete the container image signatures, for multi arch images, it deletes only the manifest list signature
