[ExternalDNS] e2e-aws-shared-vpc-phz-operator fails due to missing AWS credentials

      e2e-aws-shared-vpc-phz-operator job started to fail with the following error:

      The cluster profile which is used for the job is aws-2 which doesn't seem to have the necessary AWS credentials for the shared VPC.
