Feature missing.
Steps to Reproduce:
Metrics `kube_pod_resource_request` and `kube_pod_resource_limit` are missing from the HCP cluster.

Inclusion of metrics in HCP cluster.

As resources such as HPA are based on these metrics they do not work efficiently.
