Major complicating factor here, this problem only occurred on build02, which for unrelated reasons was mistakenly deleted last night.
There is some suspicion we have a network egress problem here via looking at the disruption charts on these runs.
However it also has the hallmarks of an infra problem with the block of consecutive failures, then resolving, and I have confirmed some of the following green runs were also on build02.
We are not yet certain what this is.
