      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-56700. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      UI for search by label is distorted in topology

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      How reproducible:

      Everytime

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Create a workload and go to the topology view
    2. Select the label in search filter
    3. Type something in search bar

      Actual results:

      Margin issue is seen and search is not happening

      Expected results:

      UI should be fine and search functionality should work
