Description of problem:

In https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.18/html/installing_on_bare_metal/installer-provisioned-infrastructure#creating-manifest-file-customized-br-ex-bridge_ipi-install-installation-workflow we mention the per-host config based on hostname, but it's not prominent enough for people to pick up on the fact that configs don't have to be common across an entire role. I think we need to go a bit more in-depth about the file naming for per-host config and maybe provide a separate example to demonstrate it.
