Description of problem:

Our documentation does not mention anything about TLS CA bundle trust and how to add it to the Windows VM Golden Image

How reproducible:

every version is effected since the addition of Windows Container support

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Change the default IngressController Certificate
    2. Expose the OpenShift Registry
    3. Create a Windows Container Deployment than pulls an image from our Internal Registry of OpenShift
