the tests are built in a way heavily relying on the poll interval being low as we do upstream (https://github.com/metallb/frr-k8s/blob/763965bb8edce9896f6ed53dc15832c9bcdd9bdb/Makefile#L170), but the param in CNO is targeting something more realistic.
we disable the detailed cases in d/s CI, and will add a simpler one to verify the feature d/s (at least minimally).
