      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-56628. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      Description of problem:

          When a drawer is open (e.g., a Quick Start), modals that open are placed in the same container as the main content. However, the modal content is not moved or resized along with that container

when the drawers are resized, the modal content cuts off.

          4.20.0, 4.19.0

      How reproducible:

          always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Open a quick start
    2. Open a modal (e.g., OperatorHub installation modal)
    3. move the modal around

      Actual results:

      The content is cut off

      Expected results:

          The content is not cut off
