      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-56601. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

          installation failed when using LB_TYPE: UserManaged on 4.19+, after debug, we found API VIP and ingress VIP was same in machineNetworks.
the error info refer to below:
The Infrastructure "cluster" is invalid: spec.platformSpec.vsphere.machineNetworks: Invalid value: "array": failed rule: self.all(x, self.exists_one(y, x == y))

          always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          config LB_TYPE: UserManaged and install the cluster.

      Actual results:

          installation failed.

      Expected results:

          installation successful.
