      We should continue creating the `etc-pki-entitlement` secret even in multi-architecture clusters to maintain full backward compatibility. The secret should be populated with the certificates from one of the control plane nodes' architectures. In a scenario with a multi arch clusters the arch specific secrets should be also created.
