Following this guide against 4.18.9 - with logging 6.1, loki 6.1 and COO 1.0
Produces an alert in the admin console.

If I upgrade to logging 6.2 and loki 6.2 and COO 1.1.1 then no alert is seen in the console.

It can be seen firing in the devloper console but not in the admin console

tested logged in as the kubeadmin user
